Panel Discussion with Micropile Specialists from Around the World

A highlight of ISM’s upcoming 16th International Workshop on Micropiles in Valencia, Spain, September 24-26, is the panel discussion “Micropiles in International Practice.”

Micropile specialists from around the world will give informal, short introductions to a variety of issues, including:

– The influence of short courses, committees and workshops on market development

– How to develop an emerging micropile market

– Specific responsibilities of the owner, engineer, contractor and materials supplier

– How to develop and sustain a multinational market

– Research needs assessment, including sustainability

 

Dr. Donald Bruce, honorary chair of ISM, will facilitate the panel and encourage active participation from the workshop attendees. Esteemed panelists include:
